At the same time, the inspection data provided is the basis for adjusting and modifying the gear cutting machine and gear pair installation.

The bevel gear rolling inspection machine is a type of equipment mainly used to inspect the size, runout, smooth operation, installation distance, and contact area position of the meshing tooth surface of bevel gears and hypoid bevel gear pairs with a diameter of less than 800mm, and can adjust the coordinate position data of the bevel gear machining machine based on the inspection results.

Characteristics of bevel gear rolling inspection machine

1. To meet the needs of large shaft and large specification bevel gears and facilitate operation, the bevel gear rolling inspection machine adopts a horizontal layout structure with a machine tool center. The machine tool base is composed of a lower bed body and a middle bed body that are fastened together. The bed saddle is installed on the lower bed body, the driven box and the rotating plate are installed on the bed saddle, and the column and the driving box are installed on the middle bed body. The driven box and the rotating plate rotate together on the bed saddle to achieve adjustable angle between the main axis of the driven box and the axis of the driving box.
The movement of the saddle (Z-axis) and column (X-axis) of the bevel gear rolling inspection machine is controlled by a CNC axis to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool, while the rest is manually adjusted.
3. The clamping and relaxation of the driving wheel workpiece and the driven wheel workpiece of the bevel gear rolling inspection machine are automatically completed by the hydraulic clamping cylinder.
4. The loading of the driven spindle of the bevel gear rolling inspection machine is controlled by the electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as the mechanical handle, which controls the back pressure of the hydraulic motor to obtain the required braking force distance.
5. The saddle and column of the bevel gear rolling inspection machine move on the V-shaped guide rail of the bed and have hydraulic clamping function, ensuring the structural rigidity of the machine tool.
