YKE2725 CNC straight bevel gear double disc milling machine is based on the principle of flat forming gears and uses the generating method to machine straight bevel gears through the CNC system. This machine tool adopts a vertical dual station layout with a large disc diameter, good rigidity, smooth cutting, and a module of less than 6mm. Gears with a module of 6mm can be cut and formed on solid blanks in one go. The machine tool has two rocking tables that can alternate into cutting positions, thus completing the paired machining of bevel gear pairs. The machine tool uses a six axis, triple action CNC system to control the cutting of the entire gear.
