This project is a large-scale sand mold 3D printing equipment engineering application practice carried out in cooperation between Jinan Aisikai (Jinan) Technology Co., Ltd. and Jinan Second Machine Tool Group (Pingyin) Industrial Park Co., Ltd. The project focuses on the complex core forming of large machine tools, and strives to promote the deep integration of additive manufacturing technology and traditional casting processes, providing a new technological path for the manufacturing of large castings, promoting the transformation of large-scale 3D sand mold printing from "single piece customization" to "batch intelligent manufacturing", and laying the foundation for the promotion, application, and replication of related equipment in the new energy vehicle and other market fields in the future.
