1. Operators must pass the examination and obtain a certificate of operation before they are allowed to operate. Operators should be familiar with the performance, structure, etc. of the machine, and must comply with safety and shift handover regulations
2. The operator must follow the requirements of the high-precision semi-automatic cylindrical grinder manual, specifically understand and memorize the lubrication parts, lubrication methods, and types and grades of lubricating oil, and perform oil maintenance according to the lubrication chart of the grinder
3. Before starting work, protective equipment should be worn according to regulations, and specific inspections should be carried out on all parts of the grinder according to the handover record book. If any problems are found, they should be reported step by step in a timely manner. If any abnormalities are not eliminated, the machine cannot be driven for work
Before starting work, the following parts of the high-precision semi-automatic foreign grinding machine should be inspected:
(1) The oil level in the oil field should reach the specified oil level height
(2) The tightness of the belt should be appropriate
(3) The reciprocating motion of the shaking pistol, worktable, and grinding wheel holder should be good
(4) The protective cover of the grinding wheel and the grinding wheel should be securely fastened in the correct position, and the dust-proof felt of the workbench guide rail should be tightly in contact
(5) Check whether the electrical system (motor, distribution box, safety lights, wires, grounding wires, semi-automatic control panel) is in good condition, and the surrounding environment should be clean and free of short circuits
(6) Check all lubrication parts, sliding surfaces, and transmission systems, and inject lubricating oil
(7) Connect the electron microscope, start it in sequence, and pay attention to whether there are any abnormal sounds during the trial operation. If there are any, immediately turn off the power and wait for inspection and treatment before starting the vehicle
(8) Check if the motor of the cooling pump is running normally and if the coolant is flowing smoothly
