
From December 16th to 24th, the first batch of training for the fifth phase of the 'Marketing Basic Talent Project' of the Equipment First Business Group was successfully completed. About 20 students successfully completed the high-intensity and centralized system training in the first phase, marking the full launch of a new round (fifth phase) of marketing basic talent training that combines comprehensive systematicity and highly practical orientation.

This centralized training is closely centered around the three core themes of 'cultural integration - product awareness - practical empowerment'. The course content design emphasizes the deep integration of systematic construction and real business scenarios. During several days of intensive learning, the students not only gained a deep understanding of the company's cultural concepts, core values, and brand strategic positioning, but also systematically mastered the structure, performance parameters, application scenarios, and competitive advantages of a full range of products such as Lijia, Diamond Attack, and Longmen through a combination of round the clock, high-intensity theoretical lectures and on-site practical teaching. They also went to the Sha Tin manufacturing base in Dongguan for on-site observation and learning, experiencing the entire process of product design and manufacturing firsthand.

Several senior expert lecturers from various product lines and joint venture companies provided detailed and in-depth explanations on the core products of equipment series one, two, and three, as well as key specialized businesses such as Guangzhou Feihong and Dongguan Century Xinchang. At the same time, they combined practical content such as platform group system operation and sales order full process management to help students gradually establish a clear, transferable, and applicable business knowledge system and practical ability framework, laying a solid foundation for subsequent market development work.

At the graduation ceremony, Zhang Li, Deputy General Manager of the General Product Department of Equipment Business Group, gave a special lecture to all the students, deeply analyzing the current competitive landscape and development trends of the machine tool industry, as well as the company's strategic positioning and development path in it, providing important guidance for new marketing newcomers to establish industry confidence and clarify their career development direction. Mr. Zhang emphasized that marketing foundation talents are the core reserve force for the company's future business growth. He hopes that marketing foundation talents can continuously accumulate experience, grow rapidly, and bravely shoulder responsibilities in practical situations, becoming an important bridge connecting the company and customers.

According to the overall project plan, the subsequent recruitment and advanced training of the fifth phase of the marketing basic talent project will be carried out in batches and according to the plan. The first batch of training in this period not only achieved effective transmission of knowledge and business skills, but also deeply shaped the sense of corporate culture identity and team mission, enabling new employees to integrate into the team faster and understand the company's strategy.
