Recently, the "Mechanical Pattern Recognition and Surveying" training jointly organized by the company and Li Bin Technician College has been successfully completed. Wang Yu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Executive Director, and General Manager of the company, Cheng Hongchao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, and Ling Li, Director of the Teaching Competition Department of Shanghai Electric Li Bin Technician College, attended the graduation ceremony and presented awards to outstanding students.

Wang Yu pointed out that this training is a "refueling station" for the cultivation of skilled talents, not a "terminal station", and hopes that all departments can combine the training results to help employees continuously improve in job practice. This collaborative training program lasts for 9 weeks, with a total of 34 students participating in systematic learning and mapping training. After the training, the students' professional abilities in mechanical mapping, surveying, and other areas have been significantly improved. After comprehensive evaluation, Xia Yang, Sun Yinghao, and Shi Qi were awarded the title of "Outstanding Students". In the future, the company will continue to increase investment in training resources, improve the "training practice" linkage mechanism, truly transform employees' learning ability into a sustainable driving force for enterprise development, and empower employees and the company to grow together.
