On the afternoon of December 8th, Wu Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shanghai Electric Group, visited Shanghai Modern Agriculture Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Agricultural Investment Group") and had exchanges with Zhang Guokun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shanghai Agricultural Investment Group, on deepening strategic coordination, expanding cooperation areas, and innovating cooperation models.

Wu Lei introduced the recent development of Shanghai Electric in serving national strategies and equipment manufacturing. He stated that Shanghai Electric has continuously strengthened its technological investment and industrial layout in areas such as green energy, circular economy, and intelligent manufacturing in recent years. As the core platform for the development of Shanghai's state-owned modern agriculture investment, Shanghai Agricultural Investment Group is promoting the construction of Hengsha Xinzhou Modern Agriculture Industrial Park, and the two sides have extensive cooperation space in industrial layout. Shanghai Electric is willing to leverage its full industry chain service advantages, deepen its organized scientific research collaboration mechanism with Shanghai Agricultural Investment Group, and cooperate in biomass utilization, agricultural facility automation, and full quantitative utilization of agricultural waste, jointly creating a new benchmark for ecological circular agriculture demonstration.

Zhang Guokun introduced the functional positioning of Shanghai Agricultural Investment Group and the development plan of Hengsha Xinzhou Industrial Park. He stated that Hengsha Xinzhou is currently fully committed to building a modern urban ecological green agriculture demonstration zone, and urgently needs professional support in the energy field. Shanghai Electric's technology and practical experience in the energy field can provide key technical support for the development of the park. We look forward to establishing a long-term communication mechanism between both parties, focusing on serving national strategies and regional economic development, deepening cooperation in areas such as comprehensive energy planning and resource recycling, promoting the implementation of specific projects, and jointly creating an eco-friendly, efficient, and sustainable modern agricultural development model.
