Profile Robot Cutting Line~Helps High Quality Development of Offshore Shipbuilding Industry

Recently, the LM-HXG ship construction profile robot cutting double line project was completed and delivered. The project adopts a dual station dual material table processing platform, consisting of coding, cutting, monitoring console, dust removal system, offline programming nesting software, machine control software, plasma/laser power supply, etc. The double line cutting project can complete the end locking, groove cutting, coding and marking of large shipyards' flat steel angle steel workpieces, as well as precise cutting of process holes and flow holes in one go. It can replace the traditional manual layout and marking, profile cutting and other outdated production processes and equipment in the marine shipbuilding industry.
The LM-HXG ship construction profile robot cutting line is suitable for coding, cutting, and sorting of profile production lines such as ball flat steel and angle steel with large deformation in industries such as marine engineering and shipbuilding. It can be automatically integrated with various user ship construction design software through the fully independent copyright MobotSpace offline programming nesting software. It can fully meet the programming and nesting requirements of 24-hour production lines in the marine shipbuilding industry, reducing errors caused by manual programming and nesting.
  
MobotSpace can also be set up in the design or process department to easily complete offline programming and automatic nesting of cutting robots, as well as coding, marking, and cutting simulation in the office. It automatically generates cutting robot program code, which can be downloaded directly to the workshop robot cutting line through USB or network, reducing the labor intensity of operators and improving processing efficiency and cutting accuracy.
