Recently, the LM-HXG shipbuilding profile robot cutting line project was delivered at Xinjiangzhou Shipbuilding Heavy Industry. The project's products have made contributions to improving new quality productivity and perfecting modern shipbuilding technology and processes. The New Jiangzhou Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Cutting Line Project adopts a dual station dual material table processing platform, which consists of inkjet cutting/monitoring platform/dust removal/offline programming/machine tool control/plasma/laser power supply, etc. The project can complete the end locking, groove cutting, coding and marking of ball flat steel angle steel workpieces, as well as the cutting of process holes and flow holes. It can replace traditional manual layout and marking, profile cutting and other outdated processes and equipment in the marine shipbuilding industry. The project is environmentally friendly and efficient.

It eliminates the traditional tedious manual programming and nesting, meets the programming and scheduling requirements of 24-hour water flow production lines in the marine shipbuilding industry, and reduces errors caused by manual programming and nesting.

MobotSpace can also be set up in design or process departments to easily complete offline programming and automatic nesting of cutting robots, as well as coding, marking, and cutting simulation in the office.
