Ordinary precision milling heads are used for rough milling, and dense tooth end mills can be used for large feed and strong milling. High precision grade (G) milling heads are used for high-precision milling, with a high feed rate of up to 2500mm/min. High machining accuracy: flatness of 0.01-0.03/1000, surface roughness of ≤ 0.4. This milling head is divided into: Type I (manual movement and tightening slide sleeve); Type II (with hydraulic automatic cutting mechanism).
