The machine tool bed is made of high-quality cast iron HT300, which has undergone annealing and secondary stress removal annealing treatment, resulting in stable and deformation free performance of the bed. The bed guide rail adopts ultrasonic quenching treatment, with a hardened layer of 3mm. It is ground using imported CNC gantry guide rails, and the straightness, flatness, torsion, and surface roughness of the guide rails meet international precision standards.
