The grinder screw is the core transmission component of the grinder, mainly used to accurately convert the rotational motion of the motor into linear motion of the worktable or grinding wheel holder, directly determining the machining accuracy, feed sensitivity, and operational stability of the grinder.

      • The screw structure (such as full nut or double nut design) can provide high rigidity support, avoid deformation under load, ensure the smoothness of feed motion, and reduce vibration and crawling phenomena.

      • For example, the double nut pre tightening structure can eliminate axial clearance, improve transmission stiffness, and make the feed of the grinding wheel frame more accurate.
