■ Spindle and motor

The upper and lower axes are driven by AC servo motors.
15HP V3 level low vibration spindle motor.
The precision spindle adopts a straight type, ABEC Class 7 (P4) bearing, 0.003m/m TIR.
The front end of the shaft bearing uses four angled ball bearings, and the rear end uses two angled ball bearings.

Front and rear simple AC servo motor drive, intermittent feed rate is relatively uniform. (TS)

Advanced dual cylinder hydraulic circuit system, paired with a stepless speed control knob.
When the workbench is reversed at both ends, the minimum vibration is achieved at a rate of 0.5m/min~25m/min. The proximity switch adopts a concealed design to ensure operational safety.

■ Bottom bed and sliding rail

Linear sliding rails are used for both the upper and lower/front and rear axles, paired with enlarged linear sliders,
Double V on both sides, attached with wear-resistant Turcite B, and hand shoveling.
Integrated T-shaped casting bed and slide rail.
The main castings are made of Mihanna high-grade cast iron, which has been annealed and quaternized without deformation.
