The VNM860 vertical machining center adopts a large-span design concept for the bed and columns, which enhances the span, increases weight, and significantly improves the rigidity and accuracy retention of the entire machine. The spindle box is designed in a box type, with an increased spindle guide length and a shorter nose end spindle for better rigidity. The Z-direction six load slider greatly improves the Z-direction rigidity.

1. The bed and column adopt the design concept of large span, which enhances the span, increases the weight, and greatly improves the rigidity and accuracy retention of the whole machine. The spindle box is designed in a box type, and the spindle guide length is increased, which is matched with a short nose end spindle with better rigidity. The Z-direction six load slider greatly improves the Z-direction rigidity.

2. The three-axis adopts a "front three, back two" transmission mode, which adds an additional bearing compared to the original, reducing the frictional resistance during the transmission process, thereby improving transmission efficiency and reducing energy consumption.

3. The Y/Z axis adopts a 45mm wide roller linear guide, the X axis adopts a 35mm wide roller linear guide, and the Z-axis spindle box adopts a six load slider structure to ensure the rigidity of the entire machine processing.
