The YD9380-1L vertical CNC gear chamfering machine is widely used for chamfering disc-shaped gears, outer and inner teeth of gear rings, as well as different arch teeth of transmission shifting gears in the automotive, motorcycle, and agricultural machinery industries. Main performance and application:

The workpiece indexing and feeding movement of YD9380-1L CNC gear chamfering machine adopts Siemens three-axis CNC system. The machine tool is in a vertical layout, and the cutter box is arranged at the bottom of the column slide table that can automatically rise and fall. The lifting position is automatically adjusted according to the gear thickness and processing requirements. At the same time, it is matched with the workpiece rotation axis according to the relative gear ratio of the CNC program, and the circular interpolation in the program is used to coordinate with the cutter to rotate and cut to achieve the purpose of circular arc chamfering of the gear end face. The R value of circular arc chamfering of the gear end face can be adjusted in the program parameters according to the drawing requirements. The machine tool is very convenient to operate, with good processing quality, simple cutting tools, stable performance, wide applicability, low failure rate, and has the characteristics of high precision and high efficiency. It is widely used in the automotive, motorcycle, and agricultural machinery industries for the disc gears of gearbox shifting gears, the external and internal teeth of ring gears, and the chamfering of different arch teeth. The cutting tools are made of alloy machine clamps, which do not require sharpening and are simple and convenient. The machine tool adopts a fully enclosed protective device.

The blade shaft box adopts a cast box. Single blade axis structure, the blade box has cutting angle adjustment, lateral movement, lifting cutting, forward and reverse rotation of the blade axis, and other actions. The adjustment part of the tool shaft system is locked before processing, so that all parts become integrated, fully ensuring the stability and rigidity of the entire tool shaft system.

The bed guide rail and ball screw are all made of Taiwan, China Shangyin, with compact structure and strong dynamic and static stiffness. The main shaft is adjusted by Mitsubishi frequency converter, which can make stepless adjustment within the cutting range. The workpiece can be selected for hydraulic automatic clamping.


Main functions and structure

The workpiece indexing and feed motion of YD9380-1L CNC gear chamfering machine adopts three-axis CNC (Siemens chamfering dedicated system), and the machine tool is arranged vertically.

3.1 The machine tool adopts a vertical layout of gantry feed and dual lead worm gear worm gear indexing axis rotation.

3.2 The tool shaft motor of the machine tool adopts a dedicated AC motor to achieve variable frequency and stepless speed regulation.

3.3 The rolling bearings of the main shaft and key moving parts are all made of high-precision Japanese P4 grade rolling bearings.

3.4 Precision ball screw pairs and high-performance encoders are selected for feedback detection of CNC axis position motion to ensure the accuracy of controlled axis motion and positioning.

3.5 The main guide rail pair of the machine tool adopts Taiwan, China Shangyin wear-resistant linear guide rail.

The spindle of the 3.6 indexing box adopts high-precision cylindrical roller bearings to ensure sufficient rigidity and stability of precision in machine tool processing.
