1. Overall layout
Overall layout of this machine tool: The bed adopts a typical box type frame structure. The column adopts a "herringbone" frame structure, and the spindle box is designed in a symmetrical form and installed in the center of the column. Therefore, the column does not bear eccentric forces in the horizontal plane, has minimal torsional deformation, and minimizes thermal deformation, making it easy to achieve high precision;
2. Bed and worktable section
The worktable reciprocates on the slide saddle to complete the lateral (X-axis) feed motion, and the slide saddle reciprocates on the bed body to complete the longitudinal (Y-axis) feed motion.
The Y-axis adopts ball guide rails imported from Taiwan, China, China (25 mm wide), which adopts two guide rail span support mode, with stable operation and stronger bearing capacity; Making the center of the workbench always within the span during operation improves the smoothness of the machine tool movement process, and enhances the machining accuracy and surface quality of the product.
X. The Y-axis coordinate movement is transmitted to the ball screw (screw diameter 32mm) through a coupling by an AC servo motor, driving the moving parts to achieve feed motion and rapid motion.
3. Column section
The spindle box reciprocates on the column to complete the vertical (Z-axis) feed motion.
The column adopts a "human" shaped large-span structure, which coordinates and stabilizes the entire body, increases rigidity and stability, and ensures the overall performance and accuracy of the machine.
The Z axis adopts ball guide rails (width 30mm) imported from Taiwan, China, with strong rigidity and good dynamic performance.
The Z-axis movement is transmitted to the ball screw (Z-axis screw diameter 32mm) through a coupling by an AC servo motor, driving the moving parts to achieve feed motion and fast motion.
4. Spindle box section
The spindle adopts BT30 taper hole, and the spindle motor and each feed axis are equipped with the original configuration of the system, with stable driving performance and high precision.
Main motion: The spindle motor is an AC servo motor, which achieves a speed of 40-10000 r/min through direct connection.
The main shaft bearing adopts high-speed and high-precision specialized main shaft bearings, lubricated with grease. The spindle is supported by a combination of front and rear bearings, which gives it the characteristics of high precision, high speed, high load, and low temperature rise. It can withstand high power and torque cutting, while also having high spindle precision and long service life.
5. Lubrication system
The machine tool uses grease lubrication for the spindle bearings and rolling bearings at both ends of the three coordinate ball screws. The rolling guide rails and ball screws are automatically lubricated with thin oil to ensure good lubrication of the lubrication parts. The automatic lubrication station is located at the rear end of the fully enclosed protective cover.
6. Cooling
Workpiece and tool cooling system: This machine tool uses high-pressure spray coolant to cool the workpiece and tool cooling system. During processing, use a high flow spray of coolant to cool the tools and workpieces.
Randomly provide a handheld chip cleaning device for easy operation.
7. Pneumatic system
This machine tool uses compressed air to provide power for tool air cooling, manual cleaning, etc. Users should bring their own dry and clean compressed air source, with a pressure not lower than 0.6MPa.
The pneumatic system mainly includes components such as filter pressure reducing valve, cylinder, three position five way valve, normally closed two position two-way reversing valve, one-way valve, etc. The cooling nozzle at the front end of the spindle can be water-cooled or air-cooled with coolant or compressed air as needed for the workpiece.
8. Protective devices
Machine tool guide rail protection: A dedicated guide rail protective cover is used, and the entire machine tool adopts a fully enclosed structure to ensure that iron filings and machining fluids do not splash everywhere, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for operators.
The large protective cover and main surface covering parts of the machine tool are manufactured using powder coating and spraying technology. The paint coverage is strong, and after long-term use, the paint does not fade or fade, ensuring that the machine tool is used for a long time and has a beautiful and clean appearance.
9. Electrical cabinets and electrical components
The electrical cabinet of the machine tool is connected to the right side of the bed through a bracket. The programming of machine tool processing programs and most of the operations are concentrated on the control panel.
The electrical control cabinet of the machine tool adopts dust-proof devices and heat exchangers for dehumidification, ensuring the stability of the cabinet's long-term operation.
10. Knife magazine
The machine tool is equipped with 21 knives manufactured by specialized manufacturers, BT30 arm type tool magazine, which ensures reliable and fast tool changing.
