◆ Grinding wheel head 15 ° device
The grinding wheel head can be optionally installed 360 ° on this horizontal plane, with a slope angle of ± 15 °. Due to these features, it can be operated freely in elevation angle, escape angle, and various required angles.
◆ Spindle group
The design of the spindle group is supported by two pairs of angled ball bearings at appropriate positions on both sides of the spindle, and fixed with screw caps. It is combined with the spindle through the principle of thermal expansion. To increase the service life of the grinding wheel shaft, the surface has been coated with grease lubrication, so no additional lubrication is required.
◆ Tool head
When operating the working head, it is very lightweight and flexible. It can accurately adjust any required angle in both horizontal and vertical directions. There are a pile of pull holes at both ends of the spindle, namely ASANo.50 and M.T.No.5. When used in conjunction with a cylinder clamp or spring chuck, it can further improve the efficiency of grinding work.
