1. Body
Through reasonable mechanical principle design, the external factors that affect the working accuracy and the vibration generated by it are minimized. The casting material is made of Hanna cast iron, which has been burned and aged to maintain a stable internal structure and long-lasting deformation. The sliding plate part is effectively maintained for accuracy through heat treatment and precision grinding

2.Adjust the wheel oil pressure motor direct drive
The adjustment wheel adopts a hydraulic motor direct drive design, without interference from the reduction mechanism or temperature rise of the worm gear box, which can maintain the operating accuracy and stability of the adjustment wheel axle at high and low speeds. Due to the direct drive adjustment wheel, the alloy bearing pre pressure adjustment can be further strengthened, thereby improving the rigidity of the adjustment wheel axle; Its continuously variable speed function provides advantageous cutting conditions for grinding different materials and outer diameters. During the precision grinding process, it achieves higher accuracy and dimensional stability in obtaining true roundness than other transmission systems.
