The CNC integrated machining center machine carefully designed and manufactured by Zhengdai is the best choice for drilling and tapping operations. This series of machinery adopts a high-speed spindle, coupled with three-axis rapid displacement, greatly improving the efficiency of drilling and tooth tapping. In addition, disc or arm type knife magazines can be used according to customer needs. The precision structure of the entire machine ensures the best machining accuracy.
The main structure of the machinery is made of high-grade Mihanna cast iron, and the castings are reinforced with ribs internally. After stress relief, the structure is ensured not to deform. The three-axis adopts precision linear sliding rails. Ultra large span design, fast travel, excellent stability. The servo motor and ball screw are directly driven, with high positioning accuracy and no backlash issues. Direct spindle design reduces noise and heat, ensuring accuracy.
BT-30 straight spindle
The spindle speed is 10000, 12000, 15000, 20000, 24000 revolutions per minute, and supports NBT double-sided constrained tool holders.
Z-axis telescopic cover
Paired with Z-axis high-speed displacement, the Z-axis telescopic cover is made of canvas and stainless steel baffle, providing excellent track protection and superior anti chip function for linear slides, which can extend the service life.
Three axis precision linear sliding rail
X. The Y and Z axes adopt precision ball type linear sliding rails, which are characterized by low friction and high positioning accuracy. Coupled with an increased span arrangement design, they demonstrate maximum stability during high-speed movement.
Mobile, large capacity water tank
The bottom of the water tank is equipped with a movable wheel that can be pulled out and cleaned from inside the machine. Provide convenient and fast cleaning of the interior of the water tank. Large capacity water tank, equipped with a filter screen, can filter out impurities in cutting fluid.
Spiral chip conveyor
The central device of the machine base is a spiral chip conveyor, and the chips can be collected into the spiral chip conveyor and then transported to the chip collection bucket at the back of the machine. In addition to relieving the operator of the trouble of removing chips, and ensuring the cleanliness of the machine's interior at all times.
X. Y-axis telescopic cover
X. The Y-axis telescopic cover can prevent chips and coolant from damaging the X and Y-axis linear slides.
