Installation and Training of Taichung Precision Machining Center:
1. Users who order Taichung Precision Machinery CNC machine tools can send personnel to Taichung Precision Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for training. Each machine tool is exempt from training fees for a maximum of 2 people and provides three meals and accommodation. If the number of people exceeds this limit, a training fee of RMB 1500 per person per session will be charged.
2. The training period is limited to one week, and the training content includes program programming, practical operation on the machine, troubleshooting, and simple maintenance.
3. Within one week of the arrival of the machine tool, our company will send technical engineers to install and debug it, and conduct retesting according to the random accuracy inspection table. Dynamic testing is mainly based on the workpieces provided by the user, and meeting the tolerance requirements of the workpiece drawings is considered qualified. After passing the acceptance inspection, on-site training will be provided for the operators.
4. During the machine tool acceptance process, if the user's blanks, cutting tools, or fixtures cannot be provided on time. If the delay exceeds one week, the user will be required to pay our personnel a delay fee of RMB 1000 per day. If it exceeds one month, it shall be deemed as qualified acceptance, and the user shall unconditionally issue an acceptance certificate.
5. The warranty period is one year from the date of acceptance of the machine tool. During the warranty period, if the machine tool malfunctions or is damaged under normal use, our company will repair it free of charge. And during the warranty period, our company also sends personnel to conduct regular maintenance every quarter.

Thank you for your patronage! Our company's products undergo strict comprehensive quality management and inspection during the production process and before leaving the factory. After leaving the factory, we are responsible for installation, debugging, and accepting your acceptance. 4. Electrical or mechanical damage caused by natural disasters (such as flooding, thunder, fires, etc.), man-made disasters (such as war, etc.), or sudden power outages by power companies.
5. Electrical or mechanical damage caused by high or unstable voltage (voltage tolerance range of 380V ± 7%, phase difference of ± 5V).
6. Malfunctions or damages caused by non factory maintenance, installation, and installation of non factory approved accessories or functions.
7. Electrical or mechanical damage caused by improper human operation or collision.
