TLQ25 series reinforced engineering drag chainPurpose:
1. Suitable for use in reciprocating motion, it can provide traction and protection for built-in cables, oil pipes, air pipes, water pipes, etc.
2. Each section of the drag chain can be opened for easy installation and maintenance. Low noise, wear-resistant, and capable of high-speed movement during exercise.
3. Drag chains have been widely used in CNC machine tools, electronic equipment, stone machinery, glass machinery, door and window machinery, injection molding machines, robotic arms, lifting and transportation equipment, automated warehouses, etc.
TLQ25 series reinforced engineering drag chainBasic parameters:
(1) Material: Reinforced nylon, with high pressure and tensile load, good toughness, high elasticity and wear resistance, flame retardancy, and stable performance at high and low temperatures, can be used outdoors. The amount of nylon content determines the strength and wear resistance of the drag chain, as well as the noise level during operation. The nylon content ranges from 5% to 17%, but does not exceed 19%. Generally, the content is around 30%.
(2) Resistance: resistant to oil and salt, and has a certain degree of acid and alkali resistance.
(3) Operating speed and maximum speed: The maximum speed can reach 5 meters per second, and the maximum acceleration can be 5 meters per second (specific speed and acceleration depend on the operating conditions).
(4) Operating lifespan: Under normal overhead use, it can achieve up to 5 million reciprocating motions (specific lifespan depends on operating conditions).
Selection principle:
Internal height: Select the thickest cable, oil pipe, air pipe, water pipe, etc. as the reference height, and add at least 10% of the height space as the internal height of the drag chain. If overlapping, use the actual height after overlapping as the reference height.
Inner width: Choose thicker cables, oil pipes, air pipes, water pipes, etc., and use the sum of their outer diameters as a reference for the inner width of the drag chain, leaving at least 10% width space.
Bending radius: Select the maximum bending radius among the built-in cables, oil pipes, air pipes, water pipes, etc. as the reference value, and leave more than 10% of the space. The principle for placing the built-in cables, oil pipes, water pipes, and air pipes in the drag chain.
There should be a remaining space of 15% to allow for the free movement of built-in cables, oil pipes, etc., without causing tension on the drag chain in the radial direction.
Conductors with large differences in diameter should be laid separately and distributed evenly in weight. If necessary, separators can be used to separate them.
When operating at high speeds or frequencies, try to keep the wires horizontally separated from each other and avoid overlapping them. It is recommended to use separators when there are many cables, gas pipes, oil pipes, etc.
