The SR-32JII Swiss CNC automatic lathe adopts modular design to further meet diverse needs. The Y-axis guide rail of the tool holder platform adopts a tilted dovetail groove guide rail structure. Therefore, the X and Y axis guide rails form a radial shape near the cutting point, which can improve mechanical rigidity. In addition, the Y-axis guide rail passed through the center of the ball screw is a parallel straight line that is in close proximity to the cutting point (a1), which can reduce the torque load caused by cutting resistance and improve the rigidity of the tool holder in the Y-axis and Z-axis directions.

1. High rigidity and high precision

On the comb shaped knife holder platform, all types adopt a high rigidity "inclined dovetail groove guide rail structure".

The N.G.B. specification adopts a high rigidity "spindle cylinder sliding guide surface structure". Supporting cutting force on the sliding guide surface to achieve high rigidity of the spindle table.

The Y2 axis sliding part of type B adopts a dovetail groove structure. Improved the rigidity of the back knife holder platform.

2. High functionality and processing capability

Equipped with a guide sleeve specification/no guide sleeve specification switching mechanism.

The horizontal drilling unit is equipped with three horizontal dedicated cutting tools (ER20) and two types of interchangeable 2-axis and ER16 × 6-axis types.

Equipped with 6-axis type on Type A and 8-axis type with Y-axis control on Type B.

The back tool holder ensures the position for expanding the tool spacing, allowing for (p32mm outer diameter rotary cutting) without being restricted by adjacent tools.

The rear 8-axis unit of tyep B can be equipped with standard power tool units in all positions.

On type A, the power tool unit can be installed at all positions of the back 6-axis unit by selecting the tool rotation drive device B (op).

3. Operability and Homework

● Adopt a rational design that fully considers the operability of operators in terms of the distance from the front of the machine tool to the guide sleeve, the height of the oil pan, and other aspects of the large opening upward pop-up door.

Through the movable control panel, it can be operated at the optimal position.
