2. Adopting multi-target conversion technology, different secondary targets are used for different analysis elements to ensure the best excitation effect for all elements in the Na-U periodic table. The crystal target used in the instrument, due to X-ray diffraction, not only does its excitation intensity not decrease, but also produces a monochromatic parallel X-ray beam, greatly improving the efficiency of exciting elements.

Due to the inherent polarization and monochromaticity of polarized X-rays, the instrument does not require the selection of filters. Avoiding the cumbersome selection of filters, simplifying analysis operations, reducing X-ray losses, and saving analysis time. It can achieve true full analysis of Na-U.
4. The XEPOS instrument is equipped with a Si counter that does not require liquid nitrogen cooling, with a counting rate of up to 120000 pcs. It can effectively prevent counting overflow. There will be no decrease in resolution, increase in background, or deterioration in signal-to-noise ratio that occurs in Si (Li) counters without the need for liquid nitrogen cooling.

6. The instrument can be configured with TURBOQUANT rapid qualitative and semi quantitative (quantitative) programs. It can perform 'dissection' analysis on any completely unknown sample. Compared with other X-ray fluorescence instruments, TURBOQUANT is closer to reality. In this program, dozens of international standard samples were used, and the measured results were cured.
