The ZCS-QMK50B3 small internal and external cylindrical grinding high-precision CNC grinder adopts an air static pressure workpiece electric spindle, air static pressure external cylindrical grinding wheel electric spindle, air static pressure internal cylindrical grinding wheel electric spindle (optional), natural marble bed body, and Taiwan's new generation bus based high-precision CNC system. Achieve machining accuracy of 0.3um roundness, 2um cylindricity, and Ra0.1um smoothness for the entire machine.

1、 Technical features:
This machine tool is suitable for mirror machining of cylindrical outer (inner) circles, end faces, and conical surfaces, as well as multi-stage cylindrical outer circles, end faces, and conical surfaces.
The grinder adopts an air static pressure workpiece electric spindle and an air static pressure outer (inner) circular grinding wheel electric spindle, both of which are made of "nano carbon fiber material" with high rigidity, large load capacity, low air consumption, self-lubricating and wear-resistant high-precision air static pressure (air bearing) spindles. It has the characteristics of low-carbon, green, environmentally friendly, and wear-resistant.
The whole machine adopts Taiwan's new generation bus based high-precision CNC system, achieving two line and two rotation spindle control. Achieve a machining accuracy of 0.3um roundness, 2um cylindricity, and Ra0.1um smoothness for the entire machine.
The workpiece and outer circular grinding wheel electric spindle are both driven by permanent magnet synchronous motors, and the synchronous driver achieves stepless speed regulation.

The inner circular grinding wheel electric spindle adopts a high stiffness air static pressure AC asynchronous electric spindle, with a speed range of 1000-50000 revolutions per minute, 1.5KW, 0.29Nm, and an AC frequency converter stepless speed regulation. The grinding wheel is installed with a straight rod internal thread.

The workpiece clamping adopts various methods such as automatic spring chuck and high-precision chuck. Special fixtures can also be customized according to process requirements. Automatic loading and unloading devices can also be customized.
The feed of the grinding wheel frame and the movement of the worktable are both driven by high-precision cross ball guides and AC servo motors through high-precision ball screws.
The machine tool bed is made of high-quality natural marble, which has stable organization and solid structure. Fully enclosed outer cover, with a skylight hole reserved at the top of the hood, which can be used to install a rack mounted loading and unloading robotic arm.
The grinder is equipped with pressure sensors at the inlet of the air and water circuits, which have fault alarm protection functions such as overcurrent, overload, air pressure below the lower limit, and cooling water cut-off. And it has communication function with the upper computer (RS-485).
