3： Working principle of continuous flow crusher

Continuous flow crusher is a device that uses grinding action to achieve the crushing of dry materials. It consists of a crushing chamber, a swinging hammer, grinding tiles, etc. The material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding port and is squeezed, impacted, and ground between the swinging hammer and the grinding tile. Due to the movement of the swinging hammer, the airflow also causes the flow of air, so the airflow drives the crushed material to pass through the sieve and enter the filter bag for filtration. The air is discharged, and the material and dust are collected to complete the crushing.

4： Precautions for using continuous flow crusher

1. Check if there are any foreign objects in the crushing chamber (it must be empty before starting up), and turn on the power.

2. Tighten the butterfly nuts on the upper cover and crushing chamber.

3. Start the motor and rotate it empty for 1-2 minutes, then gradually feed the material from the feeding tray. The feeding should not be too fast or too much.

4. If the material gets stuck and the motor does not rotate, please turn it off immediately to prevent the motor from burning out. After removing the stuck material, it can continue to be used.

5. It is strictly prohibited to open the upper cover and insert hands into the crushing chamber during the use of this machine.

6. This machine is a dry crusher and is not suitable for crushing damp and greasy materials.

7. Please ask the user to replace different screens according to their needs.

8. This machine adopts an overheat protector. If the motor load is too high, it will automatically stop. If you continue to operate, please press the protector again.

9. During the operation of this machine, the current should not exceed 15 amperes.
