Generally used for traction and protection on cables, oil pipes, air pipes, water pipes, and air ducts in machine tools and machinery. Steel drag chains are divided into three types based on their usage environment and requirements: bridge type steel drag chains, fully enclosed steel drag chains, and semi enclosed steel drag chains.

The main body of a steel drag chain is composed of a chain plate (high-quality steel plate chrome plated), a support plate (extruded aluminum alloy), a shaft pin (alloy steel) and other components, so that there is no relative movement or twisting deformation between the cable or rubber tube and the drag chain. The chain plate has a novel and reasonable appearance after chrome plating treatment, with high flexibility and strength, good rigidity, easy installation, reliable use, and easy disassembly and assembly. Especially, high-strength wear-resistant materials are used, and alloy copper is used as the shaft pin, which improves the product's wear resistance, makes bending more flexible, reduces resistance, reduces noise, and ensures long-term use without deformation or sagging.

1. The drag chain can adapt to a maximum moving speed of 40 meters per minute.

At maximum moving speed, the sound pressure level of the drag chain should not exceed 68 decibels.

3. The safe service life of the drag chain shall not be less than 1 million times (reciprocating).

Steel drag chains can be divided into TL type steel drag chains and TLG type steel drag chains according to their structure

Steel drag chains are divided into integral (perforated), vertically separated, and frame (isolation plate) types according to the form of the support plate.

There are three forms of support plates for steel drag chains.
(1) When the drag chain needs to bear large pipe and cable loads, high-strength support plates - integral type should be selected
(2) When the size of the pipe joint of the cable is larger than the inner hole diameter of the support plate or requires frequent disassembly, maintenance, etc. Optional support plate - separate type
(3) When there are many specifications and varieties of cable installation, a support plate frame type can be selected.
