S78-4 seriesHow to choose correctly:
1. Determine the weight of the machine tool and the number of anchor holes for fastening the machine tool base.
2. Bearing capacity of pad iron F (kg)>total weight of machine tool (kg)/number of support points
(In special circumstances, consider the center of gravity position of the machine tool and determine the weight distribution).
3. Check if the diameter and length of the machine tool base hole are in compliance.
How to choose:
1. Decide the weight of machine and the quantity of anchors of machine base.
2. The resisting load of mount F（Kg）>Total weight of machine （Kg）/number of mounts（Think of barycenter of machine and decide allocation of weight）
3. Check if the diameter and length of anchor hole accord with this chart .

S78-4 seriesUsage:

1. Place the required shim under the foot of the machine tool, insert and rotate the bolt clockwise to raise the load-bearing plate and make contact with the machine tool.
2. Perform horizontal adjustment of the machine tool (rotate the bolt clockwise to raise the machine tool).
3. After adjusting the level of the machine tool, tighten the round nut and fix it in a horizontal position.
Attention: Due to the creep phenomenon of rubber, adjust the machine level again after using the shim for two weeks.
How to install:
1. Place the mounts under the anchor hole of the machine. Insert the bolt into the screw hole of mount. And screw clock wise then lift the plate till it reach the machine base.
2. Adjust the level of machine （screw the bolt clockwise then lift the machine ）.
3. Tighten the nuts after adjust the level of machine.
Note : The level of machine should be readjusted after two weeks in use because the rubber may creep when it is used firstly.
