The Radil robot and conveyor line logistics automation system mainly consists of the following parts:
(1) Automated conveyor line: Automatically transport products and accurately position the product tooling boards at each assembly station. After assembly, the tooling boards can be automatically circulated; Equipped with motor overload protection, the drive chain directly meshes with the conveyor chain, ensuring smooth transmission and reliable operation.
(2) Robot system: By using robots to accurately and quickly assemble components at specific workstations, the production line can achieve a high degree of automation; Robots can adjust to each other according to certain principles to meet the rhythm requirements of process points; Equipped with a communication interface with the upper management system.
(3) Automated three-dimensional warehousing and feeding system: Automatically plan and schedule assembly raw materials, and timely transport them to the assembly production line, while also being able to perform real-time statistics and monitoring of inventory raw materials.
(4) The main control system of the entire line adopts a fieldbus based approach; The control system of Profibus DP not only has extremely high real-time performance, but also extremely high reliability.
(5) Barcode data collection system: It enables various product manufacturing information to have standardized, accurate, real-time, and traceable characteristics. The system uses high-end file servers and large capacity storage devices to quickly collect and manage on-site production data.
(6) Product automation testing system: Test the final product performance indicators and transfer non-conforming products to the repair line.
(7) Production line monitoring/scheduling/management system: It adopts a three-level network of management layer, monitoring layer, and equipment layer to comprehensively monitor, schedule, and manage the entire production line. It can accept workshop production plans, automatically allocate tasks, and complete automated production.
