After sales service and commitment

(1) From the date of final acceptance of the machine tool, the seller provides a three guarantee service for the product, with a warranty period of 24 months. During the warranty period, the product will be repaired free of charge.

Special note: If the machine tool is not installed and debugged due to the buyer's reasons after 12 months of delivery, the warranty period will expire and the seller will no longer provide free installation, debugging, and maintenance.

(2) During the warranty period, if it is confirmed that the mechanical appearance or internal damage is caused by the user's reasons, such as during loading and unloading transportation or prolonged storage time; Any human damage caused by improper operation or self disassembly and modification is not covered by the above free warranty, and the user must pay all repair and refurbishment costs.
Explanation: Equipment damage caused by natural disasters is not covered by our company's warranty. For example, situations such as lightning strikes, floods, fires, earthquakes, as well as relocation, secondary training, and so on.

(3) If the machine tool malfunctions and the user information is obtained, and the cause of the malfunction and the corresponding measures can be accurately determined, an immediate response will be given. If an immediate response is not possible, a response will be given within 24 hours, and personnel will be sent to the site as soon as possible for handling. The specific time depends on the preparation time of the parts.

(4) After the warranty period has expired, our company will continue to provide repair services to users and charge part costs and service fees according to our company's charging standards. Our company offers a wide range of discounts for life.

(5) After passing the acceptance inspection, if the buyer fails to perform according to the contract, the seller has the right to stop after-sales service.

(6) Before the buyer pays the full amount, the ownership of this machine belongs to the seller.
