1、 Processing principle and characteristics:
This machine tool uses the principle of electric discharge to machine precision micro holes, irregular holes, micro grooves, etc. Suitable for processing various types of nozzle precision micropores, chemical fiber spinning board precision micropores, and other precision micropores; Various special-shaped grooves can be machined using formed electrodes or electric discharge milling functions, with precision small circular holes generally ranging from 0.06mm to 1.2mm. In addition to processing general conductive materials, this equipment can also smoothly process stainless steel, hard alloys, quenched steel, high-temperature heat-resistant alloys, copper alloys, titanium alloys, and other difficult to machine conductive materials.
Machine tools can use circular thin filament electrodes or slender flat filament electrodes, as well as irregular integral electrodes to process circular or various irregular cross-section micropores. Using slender flat wire electrodes and the inheritance process of punching holes in any combination, the spinning process is processed into one Y、 Various complex shapes and cross-sectional fibers of irregular spinning plates, such as △,+, and m, and various complex hole patterns can be inputted through computer programming.
Flat electrodes are provided by professional production units, and flat wire electrodes have low processing costs and good quality. The machine tool is equipped with a fine filament electrode re feeding mechanism to achieve servo feed and loss compensation of electrodes during machining. In order to achieve stable processing of micropores, the electrode wire can be subjected to high-frequency vibration during processing to better introduce machining fluid and remove chips.
The use of this precision electric discharge micro hole machining method has the advantages of small machining aperture, no cutting force or burrs during machining, good surface quality, relatively high machining efficiency, and is not limited by the hardness and toughness of the material. It can process special materials and has a maximum depth to diameter ratio of 1:15. By using precision slender metal wires as processing electrodes, large-scale industrial and efficient processing of precision micropores can be achieved.

2、 Overview and composition of the machine tool:
This machine tool consists of an integrated main engine and working fluid system. The specific introduction is as follows:
1. The host is a cross shaped worktable structure, consisting of a bed body, worktable X and Y axes, spindle head W axis, servo machining head Z axis, and a total of 4 CNC axes.
2. The X and Y linear motion axes are driven by high-precision linear rolling guides and precision ball screws, with AC servo motors directly connected to the screws for semi closed loop control.
3. The W-axis is a vertical linear motion axis that adjusts the height position between the guide and the workpiece. It is driven by a precision ball screw, linear rolling guide, and a semi closed loop control driven by an AC servo motor.
4. Z machining heads can be used for machining and milling irregular holes such as circular holes, rings, and grooves.
5. The electrical control cabinet consists of an industrial computer, a high-frequency pulse power supply for electric discharge micro precision machining, a detection servo control unit, and machine tool electrical components. The operation panel of the electrical control cabinet can adjust the angle according to the operator's needs. The electric control box adopts a fan for heat dissipation.
6. The working fluid system consists of a liquid tank, a pump, a liquid supply filtration system, a working fluid conductivity detection and control system, etc. The liquid supply filtration system consists of a self-priming pump, a filter, a resin tank, a water conductivity detection and control system, and pipelines, which realize the supply of external flushing liquid during the processing, cool and remove chips from the processing area, and use precision filter elements for the filter. The working fluid uses deionized water, and the working fluid system is equipped with an automatic conductivity controller to automatically detect the conductivity of water and control the deionization process. Resin is used as the deionization medium.

3、 Numerical Control System and Control Functions:
1. Adopting industrial control computer and 17 "LCD display; We use our company's self-developed specialized CNC software. X. The Y-axis adopts rolling linear guide and precision ball screw transmission, with Panasonic AC servo motor directly connected to the screw for driving and semi closed loop control; Full closed-loop control with high-precision grating scale feedback from Germany's Heidelberg can also be used to improve the positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy of the two linear axes. The W-axis adopts rolling linear guide, precision ball screw transmission, Panasonic AC servo motor drive, and semi closed loop control.
2. X and Y-axis point position CNC, W-axis servo control, Z-axis servo control.
3. Adopting human-computer dialogue and Chinese operation interface, it has a simple and convenient data input method.
4. Automatic compensation and adjustment of electrodes, with adjustable adjustment amount, automatically retracts after processing to a predetermined depth.
5. According to the process requirements, the electrical parameters during the machining process can be automatically switched.
6. Report when the electrode is used up.
7. Five axis coordinate display, processing status display, and processing parameter display.
8. You can choose any hole position for machining.
9. During the processing, an alarm will be triggered when the deviation between the actual processing time and the set time exceeds the set range.
10. The equipment has functions such as AC servo motor driver alarm, soft and hard limit alarm, tool setting sound prompt, etc. It also has power-off memory and CNC system keyboard locking function.
11. Pitch and reverse clearance compensation function.
12. There is a USB interface for information storage.
13. There are two programming modes for machine tools: one is to directly input or read the generated G-code program, and the other is to use our company's built-in programming software for programming, which can directly read DXF files and convert them into machining code.
