A recyclable filter belt or disposable filter paper is placed between the dirty liquid tank and the vacuum chamber to filter solid particles. A centrifugal pump extracts liquid from the vacuum chamber for use by the machine tool, providing both filtering and liquid supply functions simultaneously.

The increase of impurities in the filter medium reduces the passing speed of the liquid, causing a change in the vacuum degree in the vacuum chamber. When the vacuum degree changes to the preset value, the PLC control automatically starts the regeneration cycle. During this process, the water pump supply is not affected, new filter medium is input by the conveyor belt, and dirty filter medium is discharged. Because the cycle time for each update is very short, only a small section of filter medium is discharged, and a large amount of filter cake that can enhance the filtration effect is retained, which can continuously ensure the filtration quality.
