2. Before installation, only when the direction is running normally can water be drained, and then the disc nut should be tightened appropriately to achieve a suitable rolling state between the rubber stick and the magnetic bucket.
3. The flow assembly shape should be set according to the nameplate standard. If the inlet and outlet do not match the machine tool, a variable diameter joint can be added for transformation.
4. Before inspection and maintenance, it must be carried out with power and water cut off.
5. Impurities should not increase rapidly, otherwise it will cause the motor to lock up and promptly deal with the attachments on the surface of the rubber stick and magnetic bucket.
6. According to the form of impurities and oil content in the coolant, rubber roller type magnetic separators and comb tooth type magnetic separators can be selected.
7. The rubber roller type magnetic separator can be selected from the motor built-in type and external type according to the specific situation on site.
8. In order to facilitate the complete removal of impurities adsorbed on the surface of the separator, the internal magnet of the rubber roller type magnetic separator can be designed with a structure where the magnetic force gradually weakens, with only the outer cylinder rotating, reducing power consumption and significantly saving energy.
9. The surface of the strong magnetic comb type magnetic separator can be equipped with a scraper chip removal mechanism and a hydraulic flushing device to eliminate impurities and solve the problem of debris deposition; To better drain the moisture, the comb shaped magnetic separator can also be equipped with a liquid level control switch or a time relay to make the deceleration motor run intermittently.
