Meigaile 5/6 axis grinding center

MFP100， Meigaile Company has added a highly flexible new product to the MFP series. The new grinding center has the characteristics of fast processing speed, fast replacement of grinding wheel tools, and expandable grinding wheel replacement device.

Multi process processing with one clamping

To achieve economical and precise multi process machining of heavy and complex workpieces with a single clamping, M Ä GERLE has developed the MFP100 to meet the market demand for this type of product. The new M ä gerle grinding center has a spindle power of 50 kilowatts and is designed with a large workspace, making it particularly suitable for machining guide vanes and turbine blades in the aircraft and energy industries, as well as other types of machining. M ä gerle uses a 2-axis CNC turntable as the standard configuration for the MFP100. As an option, the grinding center can be upgraded to a 3-axis CNC turntable system.

Short tool replacement cycle

One of the prominent features of MFP 100 is the comprehensive system for replacing grinding wheels and dressing rollers. The dual arm exchange arm can simultaneously replace the grinding wheel and corresponding diamond roller. The non production time has significantly decreased. Not only does the tool replacement cycle greatly shorten, but the fast moving speed of the moving axis also significantly increases, reaching up to 40 meters per minute. The overall productivity of the new MFP-100 grinding center has improved, and the unit cost has significantly decreased.

Up to 60 tool positions

The tool replacement system of MFP 100 can be expanded. The standard version can be equipped with up to 30 workstations. Up to 60 workstations can be optionally expanded. Relatively speaking, the tool management of MFP-100 can manage up to 500 different tools. In addition to being able to load grinding wheels with a diameter of 300 millimeters and related diamond forming rollers with a diameter of 160 millimeters, it can also load all other tools such as CBN grinding wheels or probes.

Compact and ergonomic

In addition to the performance features of MFP 100, its compact design is also impressive. It is 4.6 meters wide and 4 meters deep, occupying a very small area compared to similar grinding equipment. The loading of NC workbench can be conveniently completed from the top and front by manual crane or robot. The rear passage, which facilitates maintenance and upkeep work, endows the New Meigaile Grinding Center with excellent ergonomic design.
