The Meigaile MFP50 grinding center has a compact structure that combines efficient and flexible machining. As a 5-axis/6-axis grinding center equipped with continuous trimming and grinding function, the MFP 50 has demonstrated excellent performance and capability in machining challenging workpieces.

The features of MFP50 also include its high motion axis speed, short assist time, and fast wheel replacement. The grinding process can be completed in one clamping, achieving excellent machining results with simple operations.

Intelligent design helps customers elevate product manufacturing quality, processing safety, and low-cost and high-efficiency production to a new level. The cooling nozzle controlled by two CNC axes can move freely and flexibly, accurately and effectively spraying coolant into the machining area during the machining process. The spindle speed of up to 10000 revolutions per minute ensures the efficiency and accuracy of machining. The grinding wheel is always installed at the front end close to the spindle, and the corresponding diamond dressing roller is automatically positioned for dressing the grinding wheel by moving it longitudinally (Z-axis) through the overhead grinding wheel dressing device. The design makes the processing area more spacious, and possible collisions between the grinding wheel flange and the workpiece can be almost avoided. The grinding wheel of MFP50 grinding center can be maximally utilized, resulting in a significant reduction in grinding processing costs.
