Power type separators rely on certain forces (such as centrifugal force, magnetic force, or gravity) to separate impurities, such as centrifugal, vortex, and magnetic separators.

The I (rubber roller type) series high-strength magnetic separator consists of the following parts: reducer, box, magnetic roller, and rubber roller. The II (comb tooth type) series high-strength magnetic separator consists of the following parts: reducer, box, magnetic roller, and scraper plate. The KFCT II (comb tooth type) magnetic separator, as an improved product of traditional magnetic separators, has many advantages: magnetic rollers of the same length are made into comb teeth, which greatly increases the adsorption area; High magnetic force and separation rate; Specially suitable for centralized separation and removal of high flow coolant; Capable of separating granular chips. The II (comb tooth type) series magnetic separator is widely used in various cutting fluid purification applications containing particle impurities, such as ordinary grinding machines, powder coating lines, roll grinding machines, steel rolling wastewater purification, and bearing grinding lines.
