It can handle iron shavings and non rolled shavings in powder, particle, and length less than 100 millimeters, or separate shavings from oil and emulsion and transport them to the chip removal box.

1. The maximum adsorption capacity of each group of magnetic materials is fixed, and the chip removal amount can be changed according to the conveying speed and the spacing between each group of magnetic materials.
2. Mainly conveying magnetic chips, debris, and powder chips with a length of less than 50mm.
3. Widely used for conveying magnetic chips in cutting machines such as CNC machine tools, modular machine tool production lines, and machining centers.
4. It can be combined with other forms of chip conveyors and filters to meet different requirements of the host, but the cooling oil delivery effect is not ideal.
5. The external dimensions of each part and the coolant tank can be designed and manufactured according to the different cutting machines.
