3. Button
(1) SET (query setting key): a switch for switching between magnetization intensity display and current display.
(2) (Increase/Decrease Key): When displaying current, the flip key for displaying current between channels;
(3) Press the 3 keys simultaneously to enter the multi machine connection setting c=? (where? Represents controllers 1-8), press the increase and decrease keys to set, and then press SET to exit.
Attention: Other control signals of the plug are only valid after the locking signal is connected to the input common terminal!
The control cable should be kept far away from the main circuit and strong current circuit, and should not be placed in parallel with them (vertical wiring can be used) to avoid interference.
2、 Working principle of electromagnetic suction cup controller
The AC voltage of 380V is reduced by a transformer, rectified by a rectifier to 110V DC, and then enters the suction cup through a control device. At this time, the suction cup is magnetized, and a reverse voltage circuit is applied during demagnetization, and the controller achieves demagnetization function.
3、 Usage method
1. Turn on the switch and the indicator light (red) will turn on, indicating that the rectifier controller power is connected and there is an output voltage indication on the voltmeter; Press the green button and the indicator light (green) will turn on, indicating the working current on the ammeter. At this time, the suction cup is energized and magnetized, and the host interlock circuit is connected to the host. The machine tool can start working. After the work is completed, press the red button (the green light is off) to demagnetize the suction cup. Release the button, and the relay in the controller will delay for 2-3 seconds before demagnetization ends.
2. Installation method
(1) This controller has a four core socket: the two-color (red) lead of the plug is the host control line, which is connected in series to the common line of the host control part. The two-color (green) lead of the plug is the input 380V power line.
(2) This controller has a three core socket: the two colored (green) plug is connected to both ends of the electromagnetic suction cup, and the red plug is the grounding wire.
