Overview
The MK1632A CNC end face cylindrical grinder (complying with the "Precision Inspection of High Precision Cylindrical Grinding Machines" standard) is suitable for large-scale processing of outer circles and end faces of shaft components. Adopting the FANUC 0i TF (PLUS) CNC system and PC screen, equipped with three servo motors to control the rotation of the head frame, feed of the grinding wheel frame, and movement of the worktable, better meeting the expansion needs of flexible manufacturing, linked grinding, and other applications. Configurable electric spindle CBN grinding wheel, dressing roller, internal grinding tool, etc. The PC screen equipped with this machine tool is equipped with self-developed Grinding Star software, which has graphic programming functions and a simple human-computer interaction interface.
