Probe measurement:
1. Working principle of measuring needle:
The measuring needle is a component of the measurement system. When the measuring needle tip of the measuring needle comes into contact with the workpiece being measured, the change in the measuring needle tip drives the measuring head mechanism to generate a signal. After processing, the measurement result is obtained to achieve the detection purpose.
2. Sources of measurement errors for measuring needles
Environmental temperature and humidity, stiffness of the material composing the measuring needle, accuracy of the measuring needle tip, coaxiality between the measuring needle tip and the thread of the measuring needle handle, accuracy of the measuring needle handle thread, and contact position between the measuring needle tip and the workpiece being measured.
It is recommended to calibrate the measuring needle during precision measurement, otherwise it will reduce the measurement accuracy.
3. Principles for selecting measuring needles
1. The diameter of the measuring ball should be as large as possible to reduce the influence of the surface roughness of the tested workpiece on the detection results.
2. Try to keep the measuring needle as short as possible. If the measuring needle is too short, the less it bends or deforms, the higher the accuracy.
3. Try to minimize the number of joints, as each additional connection point adds a potential bending and deformation point.

Probe measurement includes Two menus, namely "Probe Measurement" and "3D Auxiliary Measurement".

Probe settings: Perform some routine settings for the probe, including calibration of the probe.
Horizontal line measurement: used to measure a straight line parallel to the horizontal plane.
Horizontal circle measurement: used to measure circles parallel to the horizontal plane.
Space point measurement: used to measure any point in space, this command requires setting a reference plane.
Space line measurement: used to measure any straight line in space, this command requires setting a reference plane.
Space circle measurement: used to measure any circle in space, this command requires setting a reference plane.
Solution setting: Used to set the compensation method for spatial points, lines, and circles, such as whether they are projected onto a reference plane, etc.
Height measurement: used to measure objects in Distance in the Z direction.
Plane measurement: Use a probe to measure at least 3 points are used to fit a plane to obtain this

Curve measurement: This command is used to measure curves on any plane in space.

Note: The probe has an automatic rebound protection and anti-collision function. The collision speed and rebound distance can be set according to measurement requirements. The Yixin probe automatic measurement system can ensure the smoothness of the contact between the probe and the workpiece surface, as well as the stability and continuity of the measuring force, thereby improving the repeated measurement accuracy of the product,The automatic rebound function of the Z-axis measuring head can prevent strong impacts, improving the durability and reliability of the product The product data measured by the Yixin probe automatic measurement system can be output in IGS format and imported into UG and TRE 3D software
5、 Installation and acceptance standards for image measuring instruments
1. Equipment acceptance, inventory, installation and commissioning acceptance
1.Acceptance of Equipment 1
The acceptance of equipment is divided into two stages, namely the first and final acceptance, and the acceptance method is executed according to the technical agreement reached by both parties.
1.1.1 First acceptance: After the equipment passes the factory acceptance and arrives at the buyer's project site, relevant personnel from both the buyer and seller jointly open the box for inspection; If there are any issues such as shortage, quality, or damage of goods, detailed records should be made, and the seller should immediately and unconditionally replace or supplement the goods for the buyer, and then investigate the reasons and hold the responsible person accountable. Until there is no doubt, the first acceptance is qualified. The seller shall also provide testing reports and product qualification certificates before leaving the factory;
1.1.2Final acceptance: After the installation and debugging of equipment and materials are completed and meet the acceptance standards, personnel from both the buyer and seller will jointly inspect and pass the acceptance. After confirmation by both parties, the final acceptance is qualified.
2.1 Installation, commissioning and acceptance
The seller is responsible for completing the installation and debugging of the equipment at the buyer's site free of charge. The installation carried out on the buyer's site should be prepared in advance with basic infrastructure such as gas, electricity, and grounding protection, and the buyer should notify the seller by fax. If there are any problems, they should be communicated in advance to ensure smooth installation. The company is responsible for the installation and debugging of measuring machines. All packaging boxes must be opened under the supervision and approval of the engineer. Users are required to provide internal disassembly, transportation, and positioning support as needed. The final acceptance will be based on the enterprise standardsExecute Q/320505AD005-2012.Acceptance of equipment after debugging is completedThe acceptance of the equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the technical agreement reached by both parties.
