    The guide rail adopts the six sided double V structure developed by our company, and the joint surfaces are manually scraped and ground, which has high precision, high rigidity, high seismic resistance, and accuracy of micro feed that cannot be achieved by rolling guide rails and static pressure guide rails.

    Standard configuration and machine features:

    The NOG machine tool is equipped with an actual position display control system developed by our company, which is suitable for processing precision parts, precision grinding tools, precision measuring tools, and various high-precision parts with single arc surfaces, composite arc surfaces, step shafts, grooves, equal depth and unequal depth grooves.

    The guide surface adopts the six sided sliding guide surface double V structure developed and designed by our company. The guide surface is made by manual precision scraping and grinding, thus it has high precision, high rigidity, high seismic resistance, and accuracy of micro feed that cannot be achieved by rolling guides and static pressure guides.

    The NOG machine tool is equipped with electronic handwheels on both the front and rear axes, as well as the left and right axes, which can switch between three gears of 0.01mm/0.001mm/0.0001mm, with a minimum feed rate of 0.1 μ m

    All guide surfaces and contact surfaces of the machine tool are manually and precisely scraped to ensure that the machinery can perform high-precision grinding stably for a long time. Ensure the tracking accuracy and restoration accuracy of the machine tool sanding wheel shaft within+/_ μ m for 10 years and 30000 hours.

    The NOG machine tool is equipped with electronic handwheels for manual feed on the front, rear, left, and right axles. It can be quickly converted to manual processing while being fully automated.

    The machine tool adopts a fully automatic lubrication device with automatic detection and alarm function for insufficient oil level.

    There are multiple clamping methods to choose from for workpieces: two tip, three jaw chuck, etc.
