Production methods: There are mainly three types: sewing, hot bonding, and high-frequency welding. The sewing method is applied in high-temperature working environments, using special threads for sewing, and the PVC skeleton is fixed on each fold through sewing; Hot bonding is the use of special flux to firmly bond the internal PVC skeleton and external hinges at a certain temperature, suitable for medium temperature environments; High frequency welding is achieved by using a high-frequency welding machine to weld the outer PVC TPU coated fabric and the inner PVC skeleton. It is efficient, fast, waterproof, dustproof, oil resistant, acid resistant, and does not require maintenance.

Structural design:

High temperature resistant materials: For the high-temperature environment of laser cutting, high-temperature resistant silicone tape, aluminum foil composite fabric, or special coating fabric can be selected to effectively resist the burning of high-temperature slag.
Fireproof and flame retardant: The protective cover is made of flame-retardant materials to improve safety.
