Overview
The VTM-100 large vertical composite machining center is suitable for turning and composite machining of large-diameter components worldwide. The spindle is fixed as a flange structure on a high rigidity large bed, and the tool holder (power tool spindle head) is a vertical composite machining center installed on the saddle of the upper and lower (Z-axis) and moving left and right (X-axis). All sliding surfaces are square sliding guides, which achieve stable processing due to their high rigidity and vibration reduction.

The structure of the spindle

The spindle is supported by 2-point large-diameter roller bearings, which can achieve high-precision rotation without distortion or deformation.

Power tool spindle structure

The tool holder (power tool spindle) is a universal single tool method for turning and milling. No interference and easy preparation for operation. The shape of the tool spindle end adopts BT50 BIG plus (double-sided constraint) to achieve both precision and high rigidity.

By locking with arc teeth during turning, it is possible to fully correspond to heavy cutting or continuous cutting.

Built in motor drive without gears or belts. From large-diameter drill bits to agile tapping, high productivity composite machining can be achieved.

Due to the use of a balance block balancer in the tool holder, smooth Z-axis feed can be achieved from low to high speed.
