Guide rail, linear motor motion system
The machine tool adopts Taiwanese linear guide rails, which have no crawling phenomenon, good wear resistance, good accuracy retention, low required traction force, high motion sensitivity, simple lubrication, and can operate safely for a long time.
The new linear motor is equipped with an imported Spanish Fagor 1um optical ruler for fully closed circuit position control, with advanced performance and non-contact transmission mode. The highly sensitive servo response speed makes the discharge gap control more stable.
Low friction impedance brings high efficiency and high repeatability, no backlash compensation problem, low wear and high lifespan.
Corner cutting
Linear Angle Great Leap Forward: Due to servo steering or synchronous wear, the screw may experience hysteresis clearance errors, which can easily cause angular collapse and excessive discharge in the performance of circular arc angles. However, linear motors using non-contact transmission do not produce backlash due to high servo response, and can achieve high accuracy in the same position.
