1. Low speed high torque motor control is easy to operate
The Z-axis is controlled by a low-speed high torque motor, which can achieve self lifting and easier operation.
2. UV vertical structure
UV adopts a vertical structure (invention patent), full linear guide rail, ball screw drive motor adopts direct drive, which is more stable than traditional bevel gear bridging method. It is fully controlled by manual control box, and Z-axis automatic lifting realizes veneer processing, with high strength and high precision.
3. Linear guide rail has higher accuracy
The new combination fixture table design is suitable for clamping various precision workpieces. X. The Y-axis and wire transport both use precision grade ball screws and Taiwan imported linear rails, which have higher precision than ordinary V-shaped guides and are equipped with automatic oil supply devices, resulting in a longer lifespan.
4. Unique wire structure to avoid wire jumping
The unique constant tension wire structure avoids the jumping and unilateral drawing phenomenon of electrode wire during forward and reverse conversion, and maintains the constant tension of steel wire to ensure high processing accuracy.
5. The rigidity of the pallet structure is better
The cross shaped pallet structure has strong rigidity and a T-shaped mechanism bed body. When the X and Y axes reach their maximum stroke, they will not deviate from the pallet and bed body, avoiding the accuracy caused by the imbalance of the worktable and improving the accuracy of the machined parts.
6. T-shaped fully supported design, with constant precision
The bed and support plate are designed with a slow wire structure, which has good rigidity and high strength. The castings are made using resin sand manufacturing technology to ensure the long-term stability of bearing capacity and ring accuracy.
