Power, intelligence, and cutting process optimization
Intelligent features such as "Intelligent Cutting Process (ICP)", "NozzleControl Tool with KerfScan (NCT nozzle control tool)", or "Parameter Wizard" optimize the entire cutting process to ensure smooth operation, ensuring optimal utilization and reducing production time without downtime.
30 kW laser power

The technological leap from the previous 3-20 kW power level to the current 30 kW is significant.

Intelligent functions create extraordinary achievements
NCT&KerfScan is an intelligent feature package for flame cutting, which improves process reliability during unattended operation. By utilizing this feature, process monitoring, problem-solving, and continued execution of the cutting process will be achieved in a fully automated manner.
Parameter Wizard can determine the parameters in just a few minutes to ensure that the correct cutting quality is always selected. The same applies to inexperienced or inexperienced operators.
Intelligent cutting process ICP is a new feature, in which a coaxial camera captures and directly views the cutting process through a nozzle. This feature currently has the following functions:
·Cut Quality Detection:
The system automatically recognizes cutting interruptions that occur during the cutting process and re cuts the area where the interruption occurred.
·Cut Quality Protection:
The cutting process controlled by artificial intelligence ensures reliable quality in unsupervised production.
·Nozzle Loss Detection:
The downtime and material loss caused by nozzle wear are significantly reduced.
In addition, the appearance of the new ByCut Star is also eye-catching: the stylish and distinct contours ensure a striking appearance that matches the performance of the machine.
