When the contaminated liquid carrying impurities flows onto the non-woven fabric through the water flow buffer device during work, the impurities are isolated by the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The filter cake becomes thicker and the liquid level of the contaminated liquid rises. The floating liquid level controller sends a signal, and the reducer starts to drag the filter cloth. The dirt and dirty cloth fall into the dirty cardboard box, thereby achieving automatic replacement of the filter cloth; After the filter cloth is updated, the liquid level of the contaminated liquid drops, the reducer stops rotating, and the machine enters the next filtration cycle. The filtered pure liquid is transported to the host by a liquid pump.

Type:

At present, paper tape filters can be divided into two categories: gravity paper tape filters and forced paper tape filters.

1. Gravity type paper tape filter: Flat mesh paper tape filter, drum type paper tape filter, arc mesh paper tape filter, plate and frame paper tape filter, etc. all belong to the category of gravity type paper tape filter. Paper tape filtration relies on the gravity of the liquid itself to penetrate the filter cloth to form filtration. This type of filter generally has a filtration capacity ranging from 50L/min to 2000L/min, with a filtration accuracy of around 15-20 microns. It occupies a small unit area and is suitable for single machine filtration, such as cold rolling liquid filtration systems.

2. Series of forced paper tape filters, negative pressure paper tape filters, positive pressure paper tape filters, Huffman paper tape filters, etc. These filters can achieve a flow rate of 5000L/min, a filtration accuracy of 10 microns, fully automatic filtration, including flushing, oil removal, and oxygenation systems. This filtration form has become a trend in recent years. For example, negative pressure comprehensive filtration systems include scraping systems, filtration systems, magnetic separation systems, oxygenation systems, oil removal systems, paper collection systems, electrical control systems, etc.

Other: For processing non ferromagnetic materials such as stainless steel, if the waste liquid contains only non ferromagnetic impurities, a paper tape filter is generally used.
