Horizontal polishing machine is a key equipment in CNC machining, widely used in mechanical processing, mold manufacturing, aerospace and other fields. It connects the machine tool with the conveyor device through a tray exchange device, realizing the loading, unloading, and temporary storage of workpieces, serving as a bridge between the machine tool and the logistics conveyor device. This machine tool can position, rotate, and tilt workpieces in both horizontal and vertical directions, achieving complex machining tasks. It is mainly divided into two types: manual and CNC. Manual machine tools are easy to operate and suitable for small batch production; CNC machine tools are controlled by computers, with high precision and efficiency, suitable for large-scale production and multi variety production.

Customer selection:
