Overview
This is a horizontal milling machine with four moving axes. The worktable moves forward and backward along the X-axis, the milling head moves up and down along the Y-axis, the column moves forward and backward along the Z-axis, and the milling head moves forward and backward along the Z1 axis. The milling head is independently developed and designed by our company, with a coarse milling spindle and a fine milling spindle. The coarse milling spindle is used to quickly remove excess, while the fine milling spindle is used for fine milling of the final plane. It can continuously complete rough milling and fine milling of the workpiece side without stopping the machine to replace the cutter head.

Based on Taiwan, China Baoyuan CNC system, a customized and developed special operation interface with multiple operation modes to choose from. The built-in milling program and the milling parameters of common materials only need to input the workpiece blank and the size after processing according to the interface prompts. Without programming, the measuring device provided by the machine tool can automatically measure the thickness of the workpiece blank, automatically cut, and automatically complete the surface milling of the workpiece. With the characteristics of simple operation and high intelligence, it can effectively simplify the operation of workers and improve efficiency.
The workbench is equipped with a hydraulic rotary table, which can accurately rotate the workpiece and complete the machining of the four sides of the workpiece without the need for secondary clamping.
Optional dual columns can be used to complete the machining of both sides of the workpiece in one go.
