Overview
The H-450 horizontal machining center features a thick and integral resin sand shaped bed design, which is more suitable for heavy-duty cutting of large components. It adopts an ultra wide guide rail structure, combined with a three-axis heavy-duty roller guide rail and an integrated high-speed electric spindle, which can cope with various material processing from high-speed, high-precision to heavy-duty cutting, from aluminum parts, steel parts to castings, and can better meet the needs of lathe customers.
Product Details

Horizontal machining centers are mainly suitable for parts processing in industries such as aviation, aerospace, automotive, military, energy, information, and molds. Easy to process complex box type parts. Its performance and accuracy indicators fully comply with national standards. Through modular design, the product can be serialized and customized according to market demand, and its good performance price ratio is the best choice for domestic and foreign customers.

Working conditions:

(1) Three phase AC power supply: 380V ± 10%; 50Hz ± 1Hz.

(2) Maintaining a constant ambient temperature is an essential factor for precision machining.

1) The available ambient temperature requirement is 10 ℃ to 40 ℃. When the ambient temperature is 20 ℃, the humidity should be 40% to 75%.

2) To maintain the static accuracy of the machine tool within the specified range, the optimal ambient temperature requirement is 17 ℃ to 25 ℃, and the ambient temperature change should be less than 2 ℃ within 24 hours. The ambient temperature change between the ground and the height of the machine tool should be kept within 1 ℃.

(3) Keep away from light sources, vibration sources, and heat sources, as well as high-frequency generators, discharge motors, welding machines, etc., to avoid electrical interference that may cause malfunctions in the NC system of the machine tool.

(4) If the voltage in the area of use is unstable, the machine tool should be equipped with a stabilized power supply.

(5) The machine tool should have reliable grounding: the grounding wire should be a copper wire with a diameter of not less than 10mm2 and a grounding resistance of less than 4 ohms.

(6) To ensure the normal working performance of the equipment, if the compressed air source does not meet the requirements of the air source, a set of air source purification device should be added before the machine tool intake.
