The 6800 fully cast CNC dual station honing machine is a high-precision and high-efficiency horizontal honing machine. It has high work efficiency and performance, is easy to operate and adjust, and does not require a professional technical operator. As long as the workpiece size is set on the touch screen through PLC control to achieve automatic feeding, it can also be (optionally) detected online by an air force meter and sent to the system for automatic compensation of the size. The control system is automatic, manual, timed, and zero position honing, with excellent working performance. Clamping is extremely simple and does not require specialized fixture design. Universal honing fixtures can be applied to most parts. Automatic loading and unloading and seamless integration with the production line can also be optional, saving technical guidance and maintenance time through remote control.
The stroke servo control ensures machining efficiency and accuracy. The stroke length, stroke position, stroke speed, and spindle speed can be adjusted and locked at any time on the touch screen.
